In India, the word 'tiffin' is used to describe a lunch box that resembles a 3- tiered metal cylinder. Over 200,000 tiffins are packed with a homemade meal everyday and are delivered during the lunch hour to office workers in the inner city of Mumbai. These dedicated men who deliver all these 'tiffins' are called 'tiffinwallas.'
